About Laguna Vista Veterinary Center

Laguna Vista Veterinary Center is a family-owned and operated veterinary hospital. Our mission is to strengthen the Human-Animal bond by promoting the quality of life of all animals. Helping animals helps us all, and it’s our #1 priority. We aim to provide you and your pet with a transparent, comprehensive, and compassionate approach to veterinary medicine.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH

Our founder and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Annie Harvilicz, has developed a comprehensive approach to animal wellness and healthcare. This approach consists of five pillars of animal wellness: Nutrition, Behavior, Traditional Medicine, Modern Medicine, and Prevention. Each pillar is critical in ensuring that animals receive the best care and attention for their well-being.

NO COMMISSION

We do not offer commissions to our veterinarians and staff to ensure that your pets’ health is the sole motivator and focus of any procedure.

FEAR-FREE INTEGRATION

We implement a Fear-Free approach to ensure that your pets feel calm and at ease during their visit. We offer victory visits and have incorporated pet-appeasing indoor vibes, such as unscented cleaning supplies and low-volume calming music, to promote calm and comfort.

FOUNDATION

Our primary focus is the health and well-being of pets, so much so that we created a foundation to help those in financial need get vet services for their animals. Each year, millions of companion animals are euthanized in the United States due to overpopulation and owner relinquishment. By combining outstanding medical care with compassionate animal rescue, we provide pets the absolute best chance at happily ever after.
